Terms of Service for Commissions

▸ By paying my invoice you agree to have read and accepted these terms.
▸ To start working with me, please, send me an email through contact@lunieth.com with all your ideas and suggestions.
​▸ I expect clear reference pictures for each emote idea. If no reference pictures are provided or if they are very vague, extra charges will apply. This also changes depending on complexity.
▸ Payment must be done once the sketches are approved by the client. I will start making your comission after the payment has been made.
▸ I can reject your commission if I'm not comfortable with the idea or the characters. However, feel free to ask!


⁘ Commercial Use

▸ All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use by the customer unless a deal is worked out beforehand. You do NOT have permission to edit, take credit for, or resell my art. Commissioned art may also not be used without the commissioner's permission.
​▸ If you are going to use the commision for commercial use, you must pay 50% fee of the emote or drawing you want to sell. Example: 1 emote 25€ + 12'5€ fee = 37,50€ total.
▸If you want to make merchandising off of them, please clarify when you contact me.

⁘ Expedited fee:

▸ I make every order in payment order, if you need or want to be at the beginning of the queue, you can pay 20€ extra.

⁘ Cancellations:

▸ You can cancel the commission if I haven't started working on it, I will refund your whole payment. However, if I've already started working on your commission, I will not offer a refund.
▸ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

⁘ Edits:

▸ During the sketching process I only offer three revisions. After that many exchanges, I probably can't offer much else towards your vision. In this occurrence, I will issue a refund and decline the commission further.
▸ If you request a remake of a design after I've already moved past the sketching phase, you will have to pay an additional 25€ for a redo.
▸ I won't make large edits after the finished product is sent, color adjustments are OK.​
